It breaks my heart to do this to a series I used to love, but this is the most watered down Assassin’s Creed game I have ever played. We have a franchise stripped down to its barest components. I can hardly even say the game just works, since it crashes so often. This was such a phenomenal disappointment; annualization has done this series no favors.
